March Sunday Yoga for All
March brings the promise of Spring and the return to flowing waters as we melt Winter away. This month we will explore water element and the therapeutic wisdom this element has to offer our yoga. From the flowing breath to the liquid fascia body, this month we will practice bio mechanical principles rooted in nature, relaxation techniques inspired by the currents of renewal and rebirth water element brings. This practice is for all levels and includes deep rest.
