Perhaps like you, when I found yoga, I was struggling to feel good in my body and mind. I was achey and had a growing feeling of dis-ease and anxiety, I knew I was too young to feel this way, and the invitation of yoga to engage a path to uncover my own healing powers and bring my body, mind and soul into harmony was an answer to a prayer I had had most of my 17 year life. After that first class, I could already feel relief from my symptoms, and a deep sense of pride that I had done something good for myself.
Now, over 20 years later, thousands of hours of learning and training in yoga, meditation, ayurveda, and healing arts, I am more in love with my practice and the freedom it brings to every aspect of my life. Sharing this path with others is one of my life’s greatest honors and delights! So listen- you don’t need to be flexible, strong and focused to attend my classes. They’re for people who want to grow, heal, and get closer to their most optimal selves. Establishing a yoga practice wasn’t easy for me at first, but I knew there was something within me worth mining. The benefits only kept increasing: stress relief, feeling at home in my body, and developing the mental ability to focus on what I wanted in my life.

Natalie (Donnellon) Piet E-RYT200, is a Certified Anusara Yoga Teacher and Ayurvedic Inner Medicine Practitioner. She shares Meditation, Yoga and Ayurvedic Medicine to help students improve their health as a gateway to higher consciousness. Natalie delights in the journey of aligning with nature both on and off the mat, and in helping others reveal the innate goodness and radiant health that is the essence of life. Dedicated to the study and practice of Ayurveda in the Wise Earth Tradition, and Meditation in the Shaiva Shakta Tradition. Natalie is a teacher of Neelakantha Meditation as taught in Blue Throat Yoga, a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) and Ayurvedic Counselor with thousands of hours of training in the healing arts in the U.S. and Southeast Asia. Her group classes are filled with poetic language, philosophy and laughter, and she offers private yoga and meditation classes as well as one on one Ayurvedic consultations to bring body, mind and spirit into balance and harmony.
