September Sunday Yoga for All
September classes will focus on following the lead of nature and draw our awareness down to the earth. We will focus on feet, legs, and hips this month and explore how our embodied awareness in our lower body can have a very grounding, balancing and supportive effect on our life. Classes are for all levels, and include movement, meditation and deep rest.
