Description
You are warmly invited to join Kate Smith and Natalie Piet for an intimate gathering exploring the art and practice of cultivating true inner safety within ones self.
Together, we will discover the beauty and science of gentle yoga, breath work, interactive guided meditation, and community connection. Participants will be expertly guided through accessible practices that help regulate the nervous system and create ease and healing in body, mind and spirit.
Due to the desire to keep sacred space this gathering will be limited to 14 participants, and for women 18+
Bring a yoga mat, water bottle and a small object that represents safety to you. Please bring this object as an offering to another and be willing to part with it. It is an energetic exchange that is both a small gift and a memory touchstone of compassion and community.
