So why now? Why a yoga teacher training when there is so much political unrest, climate instability, racial and gender disparity? What will shift all of this? We believe it takes a shift in Consciousness. A shift in the ability to bring wisdom and compassion to the challenges in front of us. These are turbulent and challenging times. And rather than burning ourselves out or hiding our heads in the sand, we learn to be with what is showing up, nourishing ourselves at the deepest level so that we can show up for our families, ourselves, our neighbors, and our world, in a way that is resourced, wise, loving, fiercely compassionate, and potent. This is what yoga teaches us.
