August Sunday Yoga for All
This month we will focus on cooling, calming, and grounding practices to counteract Sumer’s fiery nature. This includes poses that open the hips and heart, as well as cooling breathwork techniques. This practice is for all levels and includes movement, breath work, meditation and deep rest.
